HOW MANY MEMBERSHIP| SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
There are three options to choose from.
Option 1: US$19.99 per month or one time (one-off question/payment)
Option 2: US$49.00 per month or one time (one-off question/payment)
Option 3: US$99.00 per month or one time (one-off question/payment)
There are two additional options; The creation of custom Podcasts/Voice-overs and 1-on-1 Coaching.
Option 1: Costs US$299.00 - A 15-minute podcast is created for you or a voice-over. Either option will give you full say in the topics/message(s) chosen (conditions apply) and both are yours to keep forever.
Option 2: Costs US$995.00 - This affords a 1-on-1 private and confidential virtual hands-on coaching over four (4) to eight (8) weeks. A complimentary consultation session will be conducted prior to determine your coaching needs. Once we agree to proceed, results are guaranteed.
MAY I CREATE A CUSTOM MEMBERSHIP THAT SUITS ME?

IS THERE A SET TIME TO SIGN-UP FOR MEMBERSHIP/PERSONAL COACHING?
Good news - you can/may sign-up for any of the membership options at any time that is convenient to/for you. I will however encourage you to get started as soon as you've read all the information and are satisfied with the option selected. Procrastination is often a big deterrent to progress. The sooner you start, the better equipped you will be to put your new skills/knowledge to use.
HOW LONG IS THE PAYMENT VALID FOR?
All three membership options are valid for one month. Based on the membership selected, the price will differ as each has its own perks. Your payment is valid for one month starting on the day you make your payment. You will be able to select the membership that best suits you above. Please read the options before selecting or making a payment to ensure that you are satisfied with your choice. THERE IS NO CHARGE TO MAKE A GENERAL ENQUIRY. You will NEVER be pressured to renew your membership nor to sign-up for any direct or third party goods/services. You are in full control!
HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE?
1. For the Silver Starter option, we will communicate strictly via email. You should expect a reply within 48 hours.
2. For the Gold Getter option, we will communicate via email and/or WhatsApp text/message. You also get a FREE copy of my book. Do expect a response within 24 hours.
3. For the Premium Patron option, we will communicate via email and WhatsApp. WhatsApp video communication is limited to once per week for no more than 1 hour. Expect replies within 24 hours. You also get two FREE copies of my books.
Supporters/patrons of all memberships and coaching are invited and welcome to join a monthly online Q & A, meet and greet for one hour via Zoom| Skype| YouTube Live. You'll be informed about the platform that will be used in advance and the relevant links shared via email or WhatsApp.
HOW SOON SHOULD YOU EXPECT A REPLY?
A reply will be provided within 24 - 48 hours (depending on the membership option selected) on condition there are no technological or other issues outside of my control such as a power cut, a natural disaster or issues on the telecoms provider's side such as unavailability of internet service.

Clients may ask me anything about the contents of both my books and the subject matters enclosed which are primarily about - soft skills, business/social etiquette, social graces, common courtesies, success, communication, chivalry, ladylike, dress & grooming, professionalism etc.
ASK ME ANYTHING* - WHAT HOURS/TIMELINE WILL QUESTIONS BE FACILITATED/ANSWERED?
Clients may Ask Me Anything* Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 7pm.
No questions will be answered on these days/holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF QUESTIONS ONE CAN ASK?
I do not want to limit you but I do ask that you be reasonable. If you are working on a project that needs extensive or in-depth knowledge, I suggest we make other arrangements to address such. A consultation or coaching option is likely to be more suitable in such a case.
MAY I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP WITH OTHERS?
This can be tricky. In order to not cause any confusion, sharing of membership is not advised. Each membership will have one name and specific contact information such as (telephone/WhatsApp/email). You may however ask a question on someone's behalf.
MAY CLIENTS MIX & MATCH OFFERINGS?
Absolutely. Do communicate your desired preference/outcome and we'll proceed from there.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
I aim to be 100% fair and to treat you/clients in a manner that I would like to be treated - fairly & nicely:)
Payments made via Square or PayPal may be refunded within thirty (30) days. Please note however that once the books have been shipped to you (eligible for $49 & $99 memberships) the cost of the book(s), shipping charges and the fees charged by the payment provider will be deducted from your payment. Whatever the balance is after those deductions, your card or original method of payment will be credited in that amount. Additionally, any fees incurred (by the financial institution) to process the refund will be covered in full by the client/you. THERE IS NO REFUND FOR CUSTOMIZED PODCAST AND 1-ON-1 COACHING OFFERINGS.
-Once the podcast / voice-over has been agreed on and recorded - there's no refund.
-Once the 1-on-1 coaching has been successfully concluded - there's no refund.
-However, if you are not satisfied with the details of a podcast /voice-over, all reasonable efforts will be made to get it to your liking/satisfaction.
IS THIS A SECURE PAYMENT SYSTEM?
You bet it is! The actual transaction is processed through Patreon, Square and/or PayPal which are widely known and trusted payment platforms that are used globally. WILL YOUR CARD BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY/MONTHLY?
When you sign-up for the membership of your choice or a coaching session, you will have the option to do a;
-One-time payment or
-Monthly ongoing/auto payment
You decide when you want to pay or renew your membership - you are in full control of your money! If on the other hand you would like to set up auto-pay that option is available. Auto-pay is a viable option especially for those with hectic schedules.
Remember, YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT ANYTIME!
